I hear ya I had a "good acquaintance" get on my nerves about that just a week ago! I usually have a big mouth and a lot of Great reasons why I home school but I was tired that night, caught off guard and frankly my head gear makes it hard to express how I really felt. Especially since I'm trying oh so hard to be a good righteous person and me flying off the handle and attacking or insulting her "schooling" choice wasn't going to help.

I answered some questions a bit edgy and she let me be. The next day after coffee and a great morning of home schooling I thought of wonderful things to say...story of my life; a day late and a dollar short! :) Oh well that's life

You know--School has been in session only a few weeks and I am ALREADY frustrated by the events that are occuring in both of my boys classrooms. One child has been threated by a boy who told him he was going to "kill" him and who continuously calls my son a lame baby because he doesn't watch wrestling or act like a maniac (apparently) and the other came home yesterday with a bloody arm from a girl who has been abusive to him since the first week of school. I am STRONGLY considering home schooling and I applaud you for your choice. God Bless and keep up the good work.

Way to go Mom!...Too many "schooled" children lack critical thinking skills today...As a Liberal Arts graduate in Philosophy, I've become extremely sensitive to this disturbing trend...Too many sheep following fraudulent self-proclaimed "leaders"....This "unschooling" approach is very much like the intellectual freedom of a Liberal Arts education...No matter what path they choose for their higher education, they will definitely dominate the lively debates of the lecture halls....
