Bejeweled Giveaway

At this point, I hope that everyone knows that I design jewelry… You do know that right? And that I have a store? Well, business just isn’t that great right now and I’m ok with that. In a slow economy, the first thing that people cut back on are accessories. I’m cutting back on the non essentials myself… but I’m still making jewelry. Why? Because I can’t not make jewelry… In much the same way than I can’t not write. I need to express myself. I write, I cook, I sing, I take pictures, I play the piano (not very well, but I play) and I design jewelry. I also know that more and more people want to create their own adornments. That’s why this contest is so cool and so timely. I’ve been a big fan of House of Gems for a long time, but somehow I missed this! Visit this link to find out how to enter:
Have you ever wanted to start your own handmade jewelry store on Etsy or Silkfair, but didn’t know where to start? Maybe you already enjoy scrap booking and knitting and thought beading might be worth a try, but weren’t sure about the investment.
Now you can win a bracelet making kit plus $75 in product - a $100 value - by entering the “Bejeweled Giveaway” contest. Ten readers across the Momfluence network blogs will be chosen to win!
So cool, right? And on June 27th, starting at 9pm Eastern, there will be a sitewarming party. Follow HouseofGems on twitter for details!

Hey Christine, I stopped in to see what is going on. Very nice of you to share this contest with others–especially considering that they could eventually become your competition! Joking— =) I clicked on a few adsense ads (nice jewelry companies but not as nice as your things.) Not sure if you have been over to becausemomsaidso lately but please do stop in again soon.

Ha! Good point Cheryl. Although I’m sort of known for creating my own competition. I love to teach people to do the things that I love doing and I’ve created more than one monster along the way.
