Oh the things you can do while you’re waiting for the left turn arrow on 200 and SW 60th. I didn’t even get out of the car, just pointed and shot.

Lawyer

So, I went to the lawyer for the consultation and he was very helpful. He informed me that after looking at my contract, the builder can’t keep my deposit and if I wanted to fight it, I would win. He gave me some great information and now I have to decide whether or not I’m ready to go after the builder, or if I still want the house. Honestly, I want the house. If it takes till the IRS provides the information that they need to close, that’s ok. I’m just not willing to lose $5,000.00. Now I feel better.

We’re Off to See the Lawyer…

I can’t believe it’s come to this, but I’m not about to walk away from my deposit and doesn’t look like the mortgage company is doing anything to close this loan. No one will talk to me. Not the builder or the mortgage broker (who works for the builder)- So, I guess it’s time to “lawyer up”.

That if I own the domain name, I should be able to use that user name for any site I want and that people who used it should just hand it over to me? Don’t you? DON’T YOU?Yeah, me too. :P
