The Shows

So, Matt’s gone from American Idol… I can’t say that I’m surprised. He just didn’t have the voice. But man, was he cute! Amy and Jasmine are next. As much as I like Amy, this isn’t her competition.
Amy will be on Broadway and Matt, well he’ll be doing something I’m sure. A man that cute can’t just disappear… =)

And from the Apprentice… Katrina is finally gone. It’s been a long time coming. I really didn’t think she had much to offer the whole way through. I think this is going to wind up being a contest between Amy, Troy and Bill.

Oh. My. God.

What a weekend. Both, that’s right, both of my computers crapped the bed. I don’t know what the hell it was, but qttask.dll made it impossible to keep outlook, IE, and a couple of other things open. I tried everything. I could not fix it.
So, I spent the better part of the weekend reformatting them. The ME machine needed to have the OS installed THREE TIMES!!! I don’t know why, but the first two didn’t load properly. Third time was a charm on that one.
The other, the laptop is an XP machine and let me tell you, it’s a different ball of wax. Is that even an expression? Or did I just make it up?

Anyway, I lost a lot of email. It downloaded and then I couldn’t get into it. So, if you sent me something, please resend.

What a nice week!

My mother is here visiting. I picked her up on Sunday and she’s staying till Tuesday. While she’s here I’m totally taking advantage of the whole built in baby-sitter thing! I’ve been out by myself almost everyday that she’s been here. Yesterday I went to the library all alone which is a huge treat for me and then I went shoe shopping! I bought the cutest sandals!

Today I’m going to go have my hair done. The double process color and hair cut. Three hours of being pampered… Unheard of for me! I’m going to completely enjoy sitting in the chair for three hours. I may even get a pedicure to go with my new sandals. Lucky me!

Burn It - Winter Edition

I’m putting together my songs list for Burn It - Winter Edition. I can’t believe what a hard time I’m having, there are so many songs I want to include! This edition is so totally up my alley, I love songs that make me cry, songs that I listen to when I feel like crying. I’m having a terrible time narrowing it down.
