Well, I got a phone…

I decided to go with Sprint, as they’re my local and long distance carrier (I have the unlimited plan with voice mail, caller ID, all the bells and whistles for $65 a month) and because I use them for everything, I got an amazing deal with a great plan. I got the Samsung VGA1000 the phone with the camera and I love it! I’ve been playing with it since yesterday and man is it fun.

They gave me 1000 anytime, unlimited nights and weekends, unlimited PCSVision, and my nights start at 7… all for $50 a month. Can’t beat it.

So now I’m just trying to figure out all the things that the phone does.
Do you have any good websites for phone apps?
Also, if you have the VGA1000 and could stand someone asking you some questions, I have a few that customer service couldn’t answer. Not surprising, right? =)

Too Soft?

Have you ever had someone say something to you that cut you to your core?A careless remark, something said with no forethought that made you feel like you just didn’t exist? Why is it that I feel this way so often?I’ve always been hyper-sensitive. Always taken everything to heart. Is it really me that needs to change? Or is it that as a society, we really need to pay more attention to the fact that the things we say affect people deeply.Is it me that’s too sensitive, or is it that the people that I surround myself with aren’t sensitive enough?I just don’t know… but seven words said in an off-handed manner are making me have second thoughts about my trip.

Not much, how ’bout you?

Actually that’s not true, I’ve been busy, busy, busy!
Things seem to be on an upswing business wise, which is wonderful, so I’m counting my blessings there.

I have a question for y’all. (look at me being southern!)
Does anyone use the year at a glance calendar set up from bradchoate? I successfully used a couple last year and when I go in to add 2004, I’m just not able to do it.

Anyone run into a similar problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Anyway, so we’re going to the keys again next Tuesday. We’re going to visit Jim and we’re meeting friends down there from California and New York. It’s so exciting! I can’t wait to see these people! Of course it’s a huge production to get ready for it. I remember the days when I just picked up and went. Not so easy with two kids. Throw the fact that I have to get a tune up and an oil change before we leave and it just adds to the chaos!

I’ve got a to-do list a mile long. And I MUST go get a cell phone. Can’t decide between T-mobile and Nextel. Nextel has that whole free incoming calls thing, which is a HUGE draw for me. But T-mobile has that cute free phone. I don’t want to spend a lot of money, and my credit isn’t perfect, and I really only need the phone for emergencies and to receive support request emails.

I guess I’ll be spending an afternoon at the mall (I hate the mall) trying to decipher the plans. Think the kids will co-operate? I doubt it!

I Love Being Productive

The house is clean, my on-line “chores” are done, I went to Publix for dinner (Chicken Parm with broccoli) and I’m going to spend some quality time with my book, “Blackwood Farm” by Anne Rice. Yummy.

Hey! Remember Me?

I finally finished and uploaded the redesign. I’m in the process of absorbing another hosting company’s accounts, Jim went back on the road yesterday and I am blissfully busy.

This has really been a good month, business wise… personally? That’s another matter entirely.

I know I’ve got a few things that I promised I’d do for people and I promise, I’m getting there! =)
